Refund, Return, Cancellation & Shipping Policy

This policy outlines the refund, return, and cancellation terms between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Agastya Srivastava doing business as Labels Digital Enterprises (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), regarding your access to and use of https://www.labelsdigital.com (the “Website”) and all services, content, and products available through it.

1. General Terms

All products and services offered by us are digital in nature. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Downloadable products such as ebooks, templates, and digital resources

  • Online courses and educational content

  • Access to online communities

  • Subscription-based software and tools

All payments are charged in advance and, unless otherwise stated, are set to auto-renew based on your chosen billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

a. Digital Products (Courses, Ebooks & Templates)

Due to the nature of digital content and instant access granted post-purchase, we do not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges on ebooks, courses, templates, or any downloadable products.
Once the product is purchased and delivered (either by download or login access), the transaction is considered final and non-refundable.

Important: Please review the product details and samples carefully before purchasing. If you face any issue accessing the product, contact us at support@labelsdigital.com.

b. Online Communities (Membership & Subscriptions)

All community memberships (including paid forums, group access, and mastermind circles) are non-refundable once access is granted.
You may cancel future renewals anytime to avoid the next billing cycle, but no refund will be issued for the current period.

You are free to exit the community at any time. Cancelling your subscription will prevent future billing, but no partial or full refund will be issued for unused time.

c. Software Services (Tools, SaaS, Subscription Products)

We offer a 7-day 100 percent refund guarantee for software subscription services. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting our support.

Write to support@labelsdigital.com within 7 days of purchase to initiate your refund request.

Beyond 7 days, no refunds or cancellations will be entertained.

d. Consultancy Services

Consultancy fees are non-refundable once the scheduled meeting has been conducted.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Digital Products & Communities: No cancellations are allowed once the payment is successful.

  • Software Services: You may cancel the subscription at any time. Refunds will only be provided if cancellation is requested within 7 days of initial purchase.

Note: Cancellation of recurring subscriptions only prevents future charges. It does not entitle you to a refund for already processed payments unless specifically covered under the 7-day software refund policy.

4. Return Policy

As all our offerings are digital or subscription-based, return of products is not applicable. No physical items are shipped, and hence, there is no return logistics or process involved.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Ebooks, Courses & Templates: Delivered instantly via email, download links, or account access immediately after payment confirmation.

  • Community Access: Instant access will be granted to the platform or group upon successful payment.

  • Software Services: Instant login credentials or access keys will be sent post-payment.

  • Consultancy Services: Scheduled within 6-9 business days of successful payment.

In case of any technical issues resulting in failure of delivery or access:

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage all customers to first contact us before raising a dispute or chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly via our support channel.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may lead to permanent ban from all current and future services of the company.
